<p>還是需要一些設備的</p>

<li>玻璃吸盤(JTC-3118)*2個(300/兩個) 五金行購得</li>



<li>白光燈管*1~4支(二尺T5燈管 $300/支) 五金行購得</li>



<li>ET-20蝕刻機*1台($1200/台) 電子街購得</li>



<li>顯影劑($10/50g) 電子街購得</li>



<li>藍色透明蝕刻劑($50/190g) 電子街購得</li>



<li>PCB 感光電路板 電子街購得</li>



<li>計時器*1台 (電子錶)</li>



<li>精密秤重儀*1台(選)</li>

<p>當然也可以分次曝光</p>



<p>我比較喜歡雙面一次曝光完畢</p>



<p>所以剛開始(大三)我買2支燈管洗單面</p>

<p>因為我的蝕刻機是ET-20</p>



<p>所以依照表格</p>

<p>加熱棒我都設定50度</p>



<p>如果只有洗一片也沒有關係</p>



<p>蝕刻液是可以放著不管它的(不太會變質)</p>



<p>所以不用急著到掉</p>



<p>我試過放著半年到一年後再來蝕刻</p>



<p>一樣可以使用</p>



<p>只不過有些水分會蒸發</p>



<p>再加水就好囉</p>



<p>新的蝕刻液是透明的</p>



<p>而液體顏色會越洗越藍</p>



<p>可以等到變成深藍側再做替換</p>



<p>替換需要購買回收液混合</p>



<p>不可直接到入水溝</p>



<p>會破壞大自然喔</p>



<p>顯影劑:</p>



<p>劑量比水為1:20</p>



<p>這時精密磅秤就派上用場</p>



<p>我每次的使用量為5克左右</p>

<p>顯影劑很容易受潮</p>



<p>所以剩下的顯影劑要記得密封保存</p>



<p>我都放在乾燥箱內</p>

<p>我用精密磅秤被我同學笑說有必要嗎?</p>



<p>但我洗的PCB板就是比他漂亮</p>



<p>該堅持的還是要堅持!!</p>



<p>PCB感光電路板:</p>



<p>依照LAYOUT大小裁切PCB板</p>



<p>這問題之前一直困擾著我</p>



<p>因為用手鋸很容易歪掉</p>



<p>而且曝光前鋸</p>



<p>容易傷到感光膜</p>



<p>又不想為了洗一小塊PCB</p>



<p>整塊都浪費掉</p>



<p>在網路上找阿找</p>



<p>發現可以用</p>



<p>壓克力刀</p>

<p>在大學時</p>



<p>學校有一台專業蝕刻機</p>



<p>在理想狀況下</p>



<p>將顯影後的PCB放進去</p>



<p>當PCB從另一頭出來時</p>



<p>應該是要完全蝕刻完成</p>



<p>但因為學校機器疏於保養</p>



<p>導致洗板得品質很差</p>



<p>已經進入很多次了</p>



<p>還是沒有蝕刻完成</p>

<p>所以只好忍痛</p>



<p>自己搞一組洗板工具</p>



<p>當線路Layout完畢後</p>



<p>單面板可以直接印出1:1的線路圖</p>



<p>如果是雙面板</p>



<p>TOP Layer線路需要翻轉並下移(鏡射)</p>



<p>印出1:1的線路圖</p>



<p>可以直接相A4紙折起對準</p>



<p>我都這樣處理</p>



<p>挺方便</p>



<p>大部分人包刮PCB板廠都是印半透明圖稿或是投影片</p>



<p>但我習慣直接使用A4紙印(我使用DoubleA的A4紙)</p>

<p>但品質比較好控制</p>



<p>我有試過投影片</p>

<p>但一般雷射印表機沒辦法印得像PCB板廠一樣完全不透光</p>



<p>雖然有人會說</p>



<p>那用兩張投影片疊起來加深就好啦</p>



<p>我會說</p>



<p>用一張A4紙就解決的事情為什要用投影片還要兩片對半天??</p>



<p>所以個人認為DIY</p>



<p>還是使用一般A4紙還比較好</p>



<p>而且最好是雷射印表機</p>



<p>線路會比較清楚</p>



<p>使用噴墨印表機</p>



<p>因為使墨水關係</p>



<p>所以噴到紙張都會稍微暈開</p>



<p>0.3mm的線寬</p>



<p>噴墨印標機一噴可能變0.5mm</p>



<p>線路如果很粗則還好</p>



<p>線路很細很靠近就很容易失敗</p>
